I was sold a flipped house from Brown Group Realty with help from Will. The inspector he recommended apparently couldn’t identify obvious plumbing issues, including SharkBite fittings that were later found throughout the home. Since purchasing the house, I’ve had to replace significant portions of the plumbing and address water leaks at considerable expense. As a disabled veteran living on a fixed income, these unexpected costs have been a major financial burden. What makes this especially frustrating is that multiple professionals were paid to protect the buyer’s interests, yet serious issues appear to have been overlooked in the rush to close the deal. As an added concern, the lender recommended through the same network initially quoted me 6.72% on a VA loan. Looking back, I wish I had sought more independent advice throughout the process.
